Speaker: Armand Drummond

Topic: Money and other Motivational Matters

Summary: Let’s talk seriously about what we actually know about employee motivation and retention. Drawing upon actual research in the field we will discuss what science has discovered about finding and maintaining high performing staff. Along the way, we will pause to dispel several myths and lies that HR departments often perpetuate. Strap in for some straight talk that will challenge and perhaps even completely dispel everything you think you know about employee motivation.

Bio: Armand Drummond is on a mission to destroy almost everything you think you know about Human Resources (HR). He is a dynamic, well-respected leader, speaker, workshop facilitator, and trainer who helps organizations, executives, managers, and individuals achieve their very best.Armand has earned a master’s degree in Organizational Management and holds three national certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Public Manager (CPM).

Armand has more than two and a half decades of operations, management, and Human Resources experience working in both the public and private sectors in the fields of private security, warehousing, hospitality, healthcare, social services, and government.
