Leading with Respect
The Leading with Respect course is designed to promote a culture of civility in the State’s workplaces by addressing the importance of demonstrating respect. Armand Drummond is on a mission to destroy almost everything you think you know about Human Resources (HR).   He is a dynamic, well-respected leader, speaker, workshop facilitator, and trainer who helps organizations, executives, managers, and individuals achieve their very best.

Armand has earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and holds three national certifications: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Public Manager (CPM).

Armand has more than two and a half decades of operations, management, and Human Resources experience working in both the public and private sectors in the fields of private security, warehousing, hospitality, healthcare, social services, and government.
