Thomas Smith, Utah State Office of Rehabilitation
Thomas is the Business Relations Specialist for the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation. He has been working in the field of vocational rehabilitation for more than 15 years as a certified and licensed rehabilitation counselor. Thomas works closely with the Governor’s Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities and is also a representative with the Utah Defendant Offender Workforce Development Task Force (UDOWD). He is a member of the Utah Rehabilitation Association and the National Rehabilitation Association of Job Placement and Development. Thomas earned his Master’s degree from Utah State University in Special Education and is a Certified Public Manager.
