How do you find top applicants in our tight labor markets?
Juli Weber will be sharing insights and ideas to implement into your 2019 recruiting strategy. Loosely based on her most recent experiences in the job market, Juli will share some best practices she has learned as well as share ideas on how to recruit in a social world. This session will also explore how to reach an older workforce, how to improve your campus recruiting, and how to connect to the newest generation entering the workforce, Gen Z. Whether you have a dedicated recruiting team, or you’re a one-man show, you will be able to learn additional strategies to become more high-touch in what is now a technology driven process.
Juli Weber will also share new trends and insights about benefits for 2019 and the impacts they could have on your current and future work force.
