Bio:

Elisa Garn has 15 years of experience in HR and recruiting with small to mid-sized companies in Utah. Her passionate approach to influencing the advancement and progression of the HR profession is obvious: She has served as the President for Salt Lake SHRM, is currently the Director Elect for Utah SHRM State Council and is the Co-Founder and Event Director for DisruptHR SLC. She is a dedicated advocate for change to ensure HR stays relevant and at the forefront of business now and in the future. When she’s not busy trying to change the world, you’ll usually find her running on one of Utah’s amazing mountain trails or crafting an 80’s throwback costume for her 5 year old son.
