Summary: Culture forms naturally in all organizations regardless of the degree to which we intentionally shape it, and since, as the maxim goes, “culture eats strategy for breakfast,” it behooves organizations to be deliberate about the kind of culture they create. Mark will share his perspective and experience related to leading culture change.
Bio: Mark arrived in Cache Valley in 1999 to attend Utah State University where he completed a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology while starting an internship with Parker Hannifin Corporation. That internship turned into a 20-year career with Parker Hannifin, a leading diversified manufacturer of motion and control technology headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. During his time with Parker, Mark worked in Learning and Development roles for the Control Systems Division, the Aerospace Group, and ultimately Parker’s Corporate Learning & Organization Effectiveness department.
