Title: Compensation: An Art or a Science and what’s up with salaries now?
DESCRIPTION OF PRESENTATION:
During this presentation we will discuss the basics of compensation, including how to ‘price’ jobs, create salary structures, and use this information as part of a pay equity analysis. We’ll also briefly discuss what is going on with salaries and projected merit budgets and structure adjustments for 2025 and 2026. All attendees will be emailed some ‘take-aways’ they can use for creating their own salary grades/ranges in the future.
