Jim is the VP of Human Resources at Lakeview Hospital - HCA Healthcare. He's a credible activist, a valued partner, and consultant to C- suit and senior leaders. Jim has over a decade of expertise in HR in a variety of roles, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing HR strategies to enhance the human experience and impacting the bottom line. Jim has a Master's in Human Resource Management and fluent in four different languages. Throughout his global HR career in Europe and the USA, he has held roles as HR Generalist, Recruiter, Benefits/Payroll Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Onboarding Committee Lead, Career Development Specialist, Senior Career Coach, HR Business Partner and HR Manager. He is passionate about empowering others, unleashing potential, and aligning talent management strategies with company goals to achieve optimum business results. Jim considers his position as "daddy" and "hubby" to his loving wife and kids to be his most important calling.
